Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-Time Visual Merchandising Specialist (30hr/wk) to bring world-class product storytelling to the sales floor. You will execute the VM plan, style displays, and optimize guest experiences to drive store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, a sharp eye for color and display, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. You’ll collaborate with store leadership to maintain brand standards and support omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Education: high school diploma or above; design-related training is a plus.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Able to move boxes and fixtures up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Execute VM plan and ensure product presentation standards.
• Support the floor team to assess guests' needs and provide solutions.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experience including omnichannel programs.
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute VM updates including signage and mannequin styling.
