Job summary

The role focuses on presenting product stories, optimizing guest journeys, and collaborating with store leadership to ensure consistent, compelling visuals and sell-through across the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong visual sense and styling abilities.
• Ability to communicate product education effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Execute VM plan and product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
