Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to create world-class product presentations and elevate the guest experience in-store. You will execute VM plans, style displays and mannequins, and communicate product education to customers.

Collaboration with store leadership will drive on-floor campaigns and omni-channel initiatives. The role requires the ability to adapt to store needs, travel to assigned locations, and maintain brand standards with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience (stated)
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and display standards
• Ability to communicate product value and benefits to guests

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans and ensure brand standards are reflected on the floor
• Present products attractively and manage displays, signage, and mannequins
• Deliver a world-class guest experience and provide product education to customers
• Collaborate with store leadership to support omnichannel programs and campaigns
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and handle stock/merchandise changes
