Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Education: High school diploma equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.
• Retail product merchandising or visual merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education about features and benefits.
• Execute VM plan and product presentation to brand standards.
• Support floor team to meet guest needs and omnichannel programs.
• Lead VM flips and seasonal product displays.
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM to life on the floor.
