Job summary

StayKCC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business for our Blue Mountains venue, focusing on education camps, school events, and Christian group bookings. The role is part-time with three days per week and one day on site.

You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and develop proposals in collaboration with the venue team, building lasting relationships with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive business development and securing new bookings.
• Strong cold-calling and oral communication.
• Relationship-first sales approach for education/Christian sectors.
• Experience selling venues or events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects incl. schools and churches.
• Outreach via cold calls and targeted emails with follow-ups.
• Develop proposals and convert leads to bookings.
• Maintain CRM records and activity reporting.
