Job summary

St Luke’s Anglican School in Bundaberg is seeking a friendly Uniform Shop Assistant for an on-campus, part-time role during term time. The position runs Monday to Wednesday, 1.30 pm – 3.45 pm, commencing 1 February 2027, supporting students and families with uniform purchases and fittings in a welcoming environment.

You will work under the Shop Supervisor to ensure a positive, efficient experience, while contributing to a values-driven school community and promoting child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Blue Card, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, child safety and a safe learning environment.
• Previous retail or school uniform shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and families with uniform purchases and fittings.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations of the Uniform Shop.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organised shop environment.
• Collaborate with Shop Supervisor and school staff to deliver excellent customer service.
