Job summary

Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Melbourne is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the PASSPORT trial within the Emergency Research Group. The role covers meetings, minutes, budgets, travel and cross-site communication across Australia, New Zealand and overseas, with a flexible 22.8–30.4 hour per week arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support to the Coordinating Investigator and Program Manager, including email and calendar management, travel arrangements and purchase card reconciliation.
• Coordinate online meetings, workshops and trial events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Maintain accurate trial records, templates and study documentation, supporting compliance and reporting requirements.
• Support funding agreements, invoicing, budget tracking and the distribution of funds.
• Coordinate communications with participating sites, trial committees and collaborators, and assist with reports and project milestones.
