• Experience in appointment setting or telesales.
• Ability to research and qualify warm leads.
• Strong phone communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/Notion for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm and qualified leads provided by Marketing.
• Make 5–10 high-quality calls per week.
• Understand prospect needs and potential business value.
• Book qualified follow-up meetings with our commercial lead.
• Capture useful sales intelligence for handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM/Notion records and notes.
