Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Customer Solutions Advisor in Joondalup, WA for part-time roles. You will engage with customers in-store, uncover needs, and help them get the most value from our devices and services. You’ll provide friendly guidance and support to use our apps and home tech with confidence.

You will join a team that values energy, adaptability and a cheerful approach, offering a minimum of 15.25 hours across at least 3 shifts per week, with opportunity for additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer champion, identifying needs and offering guidance on devices, apps and services
• Troubleshoot technical questions and help customers use the Vodafone app at home
• Participate in training to stay up-to-date with latest products and promotions
