Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations of the Love Tea retail store.
• Provide high level customer service in person, over the phone and online, including product knowledge and sales.
• Be an advocate for the Love Tea brand and product range.
• Ensure the store is well presented and merchandised at all times.
• Support roll out of marketing campaigns, new product launches and visual merchandising.
• Follow stock management processes including receipt of orders and stocktakes.
