You’ll learn about our products, manage stock, and contribute to visual merchandising while keeping safety a priority. A friendly, motivated attitude and prior customer service or retail experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn about tea products and brewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to every customer.
• Expand knowledge of products and become a tea expert.
• Manage stock levels and assist with visual merchandising.
