Qualifications

• Must hold a current CPR and First Aid certificate.
• Experience in a membership-based or wellness environment is a plus.
• Able to work with morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new memberships through leads, trials, introductory offers, and proactive follow-up.
• Build strong sales pipelines and convert enquiries into long-term members.
• Deliver a standout onboarding experience and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members.
• Build genuine relationships that keep members engaged for the long run.
• Assist with organising challenges and events that keep members connected and motivated.
• Track key business metrics including memberships, conversions, retention, and member engagement, and use insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Keep the studio clean and running at its best.
• Capture content within the studio for social media and marketing material.
• Monitor systems and technology so everything runs smoothly for members.
• Attend to daily administrative tasks and member communications.
