Job summary

Balance360 Broadbeach is seeking a casual Studio Assistant to join our team on the Gold Coast. You’ll stand on the floor with members, help with exercises, correct technique, and keep sessions welcoming.

You’ll also handle front-of-house duties and member enquiries as part of a friendly studio team. We’re looking for a Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent, experience in group training, and a passion for motivating people.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Fitness or relevant fitness qualification.
• Experience in fitness, Pilates, or group training.
• Be confident assisting members in a group environment.
• Be comfortable working alongside virtual-led classes.
• Have excellent communication and people skills.
• Be energetic, motivating, and approachable.
• Be comfortable helping with both fitness and front-of-house duties.
• Be reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist members throughout our pre-programmed virtual-led fitness classes
• Provide guidance with exercise form and technique
• Motivate, encourage, and engage members during sessions
• Help members of different ages and fitness levels feel comfortable and supported
• Assist with front of house duties, member check-ins and enquiries
• Build genuine relationships with members and help create a strong studio community
• Assist with studio activities, promotions, and member challenges
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio
• Work closely with Balance360 team as the studio grows
