Job summary

Neta Care Holistic Health Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. You will assess, diagnose and manage speech, language, and swallowing difficulties across all ages, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy plans.

This part-time role (3-4 days/week) offers collaborative care, on-site resources, and opportunities to grow into full-time while benefiting from a supportive team environment and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Current SPA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (paid).
• Blue Card (paid).
• Current First aid and CPR.
• Experience with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical speech-language pathology services to clients across all ages.
• Assess, diagnose and manage speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate clients and families about disorders and home strategies.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and educators.
• Provide timely intervention for urgent concerns and maintain compliant records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
