Neta Care Holistic Health Services – Springfield QLD is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose and manage speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties across all ages, delivering personalised therapy plans and collaborating with a wide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Current registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia).
• Experience with clients across ages and backgrounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering clinical services with a target of 25 therapy hours per week.
• Conducting assessments and diagnostics for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Providing direct, evidence-based therapy to build communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educating clients and families on diagnoses, therapy options and progress strategies.
• Tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans to meet outcomes.
• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, educators and caregivers.
• Responding to urgent or severe communication and swallowing needs as they arise.
• Maintaining accurate, compliant clinical records.
• Pursuing ongoing training and professional development.
