Job summary

Jumbo, a Narangba-based waste and recycling business, is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Creator. You will own our social media, plan and film video content across facilities and customer sites, and post to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, with TikTok to come.

The role is 1-2 days per week on site, with hands-on video production and graphic design duties. You’ll report to the Founder & Marketing Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to align branding and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Around 3-5 years creating content, in-house, agency or freelance.
• A showreel or portfolio of short-form video you filmed and edited yourself.
• Confidence shooting on a phone or camera, with good audio and lighting for social.
• Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Design skills in Canva; ideally Figma.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and own transport.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan video ideas weekly and build a reusable footage library.
• Create graphics for posts using Canva or Figma.
• Manage Jumbo Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn content, from planning to posting.
• Produce occasional longer videos like site walk-throughs or customer stories.
• Support B2C and B2B social channels and the sales team with content.
