Job summary

Guppy’s Early Learning Centre in Beerwah is seeking a dedicated 2IC/Senior Educator to join our supportive team. In this part-time role, you will work with qualified early learning professionals to deliver high-quality care, foster children’s learning, and support development within a play-based environment.

We value a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR & Asthma qualifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Holds Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to enrol.
• Current Blue Card.
• Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications or ability to obtain.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework.
• Knowledge of Regulation and Accreditation guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• A passion for children.
