Ingenia Communities Group in Coffs Harbour is seeking a Part-time Senior Cook to join the Gardens site. You will deliver high-quality meals for residents and guests, while ensuring food safety and cleanliness.

Workdays are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:00pm (with occasional 3pm finishes to prep weekends). This role promises a balanced schedule, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality meals for residents and guests.
• Keep kitchen safe, clean and compliant with standards.
• Develop menus and uphold food safety standards.
• Act as the site’s Food Safety Supervisor when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ordering, inventory, and stock control; manage the kitchen budget within approved limits.
• Prepare and serve high-standard meals that meet resident expectations while minimising waste.
• Develop menus and ensure food safety compliance; act as Food Safety Supervisor.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen, dining areas, equipment and facilities to required standards.
• Verify temperatures for storage and service to ensure safety and satisfaction.
