About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team at our North Sydney clinic. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our clinical services, building relationships with healthcare practitioners, corporate clients, and patients, and driving revenue growth. Your efforts will directly support our mission to expand access to quality TMJ care whilst establishing TMJ Clinics as a leading provider in the region.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or medical/healthcare sales—experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a client pipeline effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst thriving in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of or interest in healthcare, medical services, or TMJ-related conditions is advantageous
• A professional demeanour and commitment to representing TMJ Clinics with integrity
• Flexibility to work part-time hours that may include occasional evening or weekend availability as required
• A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for client visits
