TMJ Clinics is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Sales Representative to support growth in the Penrith area. The role focuses on promoting our specialised TMJ clinical services, building relations with GPs, physiotherapists, dentists and corporate partners to expand referrals and revenue.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience in healthcare, a strong client pipeline mindset, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Evidence of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage a client pipeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare professionals and corporate partners.
• Present TMJ Clinics’ services to prospective clients and organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights for business development.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads.
