Job summary

Bayside Health is advertising a permanent part-time Registered Nurse role based at Capel Sound, Victoria. The RN will support the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and lead care delivery at Carinya, a 26-bed Older Adult Mental Health facility, with a minimum 0.63 EFT per week.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and have demonstrated leadership in aged care or mental health, with a postgraduate qualification desirable.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
• Experience in aged care or mental health leadership is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care or Mental Health is desirable.
• Understanding of relevant Victorian and national health standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and lead home operations.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred care to residents.
• Contribute to leadership and management of the 26-bed facility.
• Ensure clinical safety and continuity of high-quality care.
