Job summary

Loreto College Ballarat is seeking a part-time Risk & Compliance Officer to join the Education Support team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will monitor legislative requirements, maintain compliance records and support audits to uphold student safety and governance in a Catholic education context.

You will bring experience in risk management, governance and OH&S, with strong organisational and communication skills to collaborate across staff and help foster a culture of safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, governance, compliance and/or occupational health and safety.
• Ability to apply this expertise within education, not-for-profit or regulated environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff.
