Job summary

Telstra Retail is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Sales Consultant for Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast. You will assist customers with product selection, service activations, and basic troubleshooting while upholding Telstra standards and delivering a positive in-store experience.

You’ll be the trusted tech expert, helping customers find solutions, and contributing to store performance through consultative selling and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for in-person customer interactions.
