Telstra Retail in Wendouree, Ballarat is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to help customers choose products, activate services and troubleshoot basic issues. You’ll contribute to a friendly in-store experience and support store performance.

As the in-store tech expert, you’ll stay up-to-date with Telstra offerings, use consultative selling to meet targets, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours available.
