Job summary

Harvey Norman Alexandria team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Clerk & Personal Assistant to the cooking manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Be organised and efficient
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and support the cooking manager
• Deliver great customer service and resolve complaints to ensure happy customers
• Handle cash and operate POS during shifts
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth store operations
• Support in personal assistant tasks for the cooking manager
