Job summary

Elite Supplements is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Retail Manager to lead our Northern Suburbs and North Shore stores on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). You will support the Store Manager, driving sales and delivering outstanding in-store experiences across multiple locations.

You’ll coach staff, share sports nutrition knowledge, manage rosters and merchandising, and step in when the Manager is away. Weekend work and store-to-store travel are required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Willingness to travel between stores within the region.
• Strong customer service and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Northern Suburbs and North Shore stores in a part-time capacity.
• Support the Store Manager to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Coach staff, manage rosters and merchandising, and cover Manager duties when needed.
