Job summary

Ace Property Team is seeking an experienced Phone Consultant / Appointment Setter for a remote, part-time role in Australia. You will convert inquiries into qualified leads for our Growth Strategist and ultimately book Strategy Sessions with Senior Growth Strategists.

We offer a flexible schedule with two shift options and an hourly base rate plus performance incentives. This role focuses on outbound and inbound property-investment activity, with training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in appointment setting, phone sales, lead qualification or consultative sales.
• Can demonstrate your previous performance with actual numbers and results.
• Are confident spending most of your working hours on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Responding quickly to new inbound property-investment enquiries
• Building genuine rapport with working Australians over the phone
• Understanding their motivation, financial position, timing and decision-making situation
• Qualifying whether they are suitable for the next stage of our process
• Booking quality Discovery Calls into our Growth Strategists' calendars
• Following up prospects who aren't ready to book on the first conversation
• Protecting appointment attendance through confirmations and structured follow-up
• Handling common questions and hesitation confidently
• Maintaining accurate CRM notes, lead stages and next actions
• Knowing your numbers and taking ownership when performance drops
