Job summary

ACRRM is seeking a clinical leader to oversee Fellowship education and training delivery in South Australia, guiding the next generation of Rural Generalists. The role emphasizes clinical and academic leadership, governance, and strategic partnerships, with flexible hours and location within SA.

You will work with national and regional Directors of Training to meet member needs and college goals. The position is 0.4 FTE and includes coordination support to advance registrar education.

Qualifications

• Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in General Practice.
• Experience in education development and clinical training delivery.
• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Operational excellence.
• Experience in managing risk and governance.
• Proven experience in clinical and academic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain high performing teams.
• Mentor medical educators and support Registrar training progression.
• Promote the College Fellowship program.
• Facilitate education and networking events.
• Increase participation in ACRRM training programs.
• Recruit general practices and supervisors to support program growth.
