Aerometrex is seeking a detail-driven Quality Coordinator for a part-time role in Adelaide. You will lead quality management, document control and audit readiness, maintaining ISO 9001 certification and progressing toward ISO 27001 readiness. The role involves hands-on process work and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates will manage registers, audits, and governance evidence, driving improvements in how teams work and ensuring documentation stays current and accessible for audits.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 with registers and evidence
• Develop systems, controls and documentation for ISO 27001 readiness
• Coordinate internal and external audits, plan evidence collection and follow-up
• Maintain audit registers, non-conformance records and corrective action plans
• Establish a centralised document management framework for policies and records
• Manage version control, reviews, approvals and archiving of documents
• Coordinate review, approval, publication and rollout of policies with owners
• Create and maintain central registers for contracts and supplier documentation
• Support governance and audit requirements with accurate records
• Develop templates and checklists to improve consistency
