Job summary

Purple Patch Consulting is seeking an Executive PA/Compliance Leader in Sydney to oversee the ISO 9001 quality management system and product compliance projects, including system implementation, document control, nonconforming products, and audits. You will support the CEO by organising meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing internal projects.

The role requires a degree, at least 2 years in similar roles, project management knowledge, strong English, and the ability to implement

Qualifications

Degree qualified in a discipline with transferable skills such as project management or leadership.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Project management knowledge and experience.
Authorisation to work in Australia.
Ability to lead, implement and finish tasks and work well in a team.
Work to clearly defined procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead ISO 9001 Quality Management System activities and coordinate improvement initiatives.
Coordinate product approval projects including testing and certification.
Manage documentation control, nonconformities and corrective actions.
Assist CEO with travel, meetings, agendas and minute taking.
Organise monthly management meetings and report actions.
Prepare procedures and update process documentation.
