Zusammenfassung

Cocco Property is seeking a Part-Time Routine Inspection Manager to coordinate and conduct routine inspections across a portfolio of approximately 40 residential properties. Based in our Newstead office, you will work independently to inspect properties, document conditions and maintain inspection records using our online software.

You will arrange appointments with tenants, prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, and assist with related administration.

Qualifikationen

• Current Queensland real estate licence/Registration.
• Valid Queensland driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience with routine inspections and tenancy requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Arrange inspection appointments with tenants and coordinate property access.
• Attend residential properties to conduct routine inspections.
