Areal Property Group in Melbourne is seeking an Inspections Manager to join our rental team. The role focuses on conducting external appointments and Open for Inspection events, with flexibility across the week and Saturdays.

You will support the rental team by arranging OFIs and private inspections, completing condition reports, and communicating updates to ensure a positive service experience for renters and providers.

Formación

• Reliable car and driver's license are required.
• Well presented with strong communication skills.
• Organised with good time management.
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week, including Saturdays.
• Willing to learn and grow within the real estate industry.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting public Opens for Inspection (OFI) and private inspections by appointment.
• Assist with leasing enquiries and provide feedback to renters and providers.
• Complete Entry Condition Reports and Routine Inspection reports documenting property conditions.
• Communicate with the Property Management team to provide updates and ensure a positive service experience.
• Help keep the rental portfolio compliant and ensure a smooth experience for renters and providers.
