Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced Project Officer to support a Federal Government ICT and business transformation program. The role focuses on business management, governance and administrative support within a complex delivery environment.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) with an initial 7-month contract and an option for a further 12 months. Hybrid working arrangement and NV1 clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing business management, governance and administrative support within a complex ICT, program or project delivery environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring, procurement coordination, contract administration and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across different levels and areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management, governance and administrative support across a complex ICT and transformation environment.
• Coordinate financial, workforce, risk, performance and project reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with procurement, contract administration and vendor engagement in line with Commonwealth Government policies.
