Job summary

Monash University is seeking a part-time Program Manager to coordinate the STOP-CPE MRFF program across multi-site activities. Based at The Alfred Centre, the 12-month fixed-term appointment covers governance, ethics submissions, contracts, and budget monitoring.

You will work with eleven Chief Investigators, nine partner institutions and clinical sites, ensuring milestones are met, progress reports are prepared, and strong stakeholder engagement supports research integrity.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in health, public health, biomedical science, research management, or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multi-site health or clinical research programs.
• Experience preparing HREC applications and working with National Statement and GCP.
• Strong financial management and grant reporting skills.
• Experience managing research contracts and partnerships across institutions.
• Clear, confident communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination point across multi-site research activities and partner organisations.
• Establish and manage the governance framework with secretariat support to committees.
• Coordinate HREC ethics applications, contracts, subcontracts, and data-sharing agreements.
• Monitor MRFF milestones and budgets, preparing progress reports and forecasts.
