Job summary

Monash University’s Department of General Practice is seeking a part-time Primary Care Project Officer to support the Monash Research and Education Network (MonREN). You will coordinate projects, engage stakeholders and plan education activities with General Practices, researchers and health services.

Ideal candidates bring strong organisation, analytical and communication skills, with experience in project coordination, reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Organised and collaborative project professional with experience coordinating projects and managing priorities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience preparing reports, presentations and documentation.
• Experience or understanding of primary care, health services/research translation; knowledge of implementation science or health-system collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops and education activities with general practices, researchers, health services and communities.
• Support delivery and development of MonREN and collaboration with Monash Partners.
• Assist with project administration and reporting.
