Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administration and essential Microsoft Office skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication with clinicians and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, appointments, enquiries and client communications.
• Oversee clinical administration, invoicing, payments and diary management.
• Support clinician onboarding and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assist with marketing, business development and improving systems and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to leadership.
