Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Part-time Personal Care Assistant for the Maitland site to provide respectful, hands-on support that follows residents’ care plans. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks to enhance quality of life in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Experience in Care Assistant/AIN role desirable.
• Commitment to person-centred care with empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of Clinical Leader/EN-RN.
• Deliver care according to individual care plans.
• Communicate residents' care needs to Clinical Leader/EN-RN.
• Contribute to a positive, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge for safe, high-quality care.
