Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience after qualification.
• Existing working rights in Australia.
• A genuine passion to provide person-centred care.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Deliver excellence in customer service to residents.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, daily living tasks and mobility.
