Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited in Wentworth Falls is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support older residents with daily living tasks in a warm community at Bodington.

You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with meals and activities, and work with our clinical team to implement care plans. Certificate III in Aged Care required; police check and NDIS clearance may be required. $38 per hour plus superannuation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Recent experience as a Personal Care Assistant in Aged Care.
• Experience or ability to assist with medication is an advantage.
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
• Supporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement
• Getting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connected
• Working closely with our clinical team to deliver personalised care plans
• Keeping accurate documentation and contributing to a safe and positive environment
