Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor for our Glenelg branch in Adelaide, a part-time, permanent role delivering personalised banking solutions to customers. You’ll welcome customers, discuss needs and guide them to the right products, in person or over the phone.

Working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, you’ll build trusted customer relationships, achieve targets and grow your career with comprehensive training and support from a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing or phone-based role with target experience.
• Resilience with ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working towards sales/referral targets and calling customers.
• Numerical ability, cash handling and financial transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and uncover financial needs to offer tailored banking solutions.
• Assist customers in-branch and over the phone with banking products and services.
• Refer customers to specialist Banking teams when needed.
• Provide excellent service to empower customers to manage their money.
