Westpac in Swan Hill, VIC is seeking a part-time Personal Banking Advisor to join our branch team. You will welcome customers, listen to their needs and offer tailored banking solutions, both in person and over the phone, to help them reach their financial goals.

Working approximately 30.4 hours per week across Monday to Friday, you’ll be supported by comprehensive training and ongoing development, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets while building lasting

Qualifications

Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or phone-based role with targets.
Resilience to stay calm under pressure when handling challenging situations.
Comfortable working toward sales / referral targets and calling customers.
Numerical capability with cash handling and financial transactions.
Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Willingness to learn and adapt to banking procedures and technologies.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Westpac and engage in conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
Assist customers in achieving their financial goals, both in-person and over the phone, and refer them to specialised Banking teams when necessary.
Empower customers to make the most of their money through appropriate product recommendations.
