Casuarina Steiner School in Coffs Harbour is seeking a Payroll and Finance Officer to join a collaborative operations team. The role supports financial administration and liaises with the Management Accountant, reporting to the Business Manager.

Qualificações

• Finance or payroll qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of MYOB or Xero (or similar software).
• Fast and accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Ability to prioritise workflow and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee data across payroll and HR systems.
• Process fortnightly payroll, including timesheets, deductions, reimbursements and superannuation.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, bursaries, statements, reconciliations and parent enquiries.
• Manage accounts payable, data entry, payment processing, purchasing and supplier reconciliations.
• Support finance functions including BAS, PAYG and compliance reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and issue letters and communications to employees and parents.
• General administrative duties to support school operations.
