Job summary

Physio Professionals on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Customer Service/Admin Assistant for a permanent part-time position (~26 hours per week) at our Buderim/Caloundra sites. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling front desk duties, bookings, and email and admin support in a friendly healthcare environment.

Shifts are PM, Mon-Thu, with above-award pay, and ongoing training within a supportive team culture focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and manage communications in a healthcare setting.
• Provide front-desk support including bookings, emails and basic admin tasks.
• Role suitable for part-time schedule with consistent PM shifts.
