Job summary

• Extensive experience in property analysis and redevelopment feasibility.
• Proven ability to manage development partnerships and government stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping in complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis to develop the property portfolio in the short, medium and long term, including funding and approval requirements.
• Be responsible for the performance of development partners with respect to existing and new agreements and their required deliverables with key stakeholders including Housing Australia.
• Be responsible for reporting progress through various formats and to various stakeholders and escalate any risks before they become issues.
