Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a part-time Parenting Orders Program (POP) Case Coordinator to join the Bundaberg team until May 2027. You will empower parents and carers to build positive relationships with their children through and beyond separation.

You will conduct intake assessments, design education programs on child development and family separation, develop case management plans, liaise with services, and maintain records, while upholding best-practice standards.

Formación

• Undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences.
• Postgraduate qualification is highly regarded.
• Experience working with families in high-conflict settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake assessments, screen for risks, and determine suitability for interventions.
• Design and deliver group and individual education programs on child development and family separation.
• Develop and implement client case management plans.
• Liaise with internal and external services for integrated support and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes and risk assessments.
• Participate in supervision and adhere to legislative and administrative requirements.
