• Intake assessments, risk screening, safety planning and eligibility for interventions.
• Group and individual education programs on child development and family dynamics.
• Client case management planning in a child-focused, collaborative way.
• Liaise with internal and external services for integrated support, including referrals for counselling and family dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes and risk assessments as per policy.
• Participate in supervision and uphold compliance with legislative, duty of care, and administrative requirements.
