Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) in Rockhampton is seeking a permanent, full-time Parenting Orders Program (POP) Case Coordinator. You will empower parents and carers to build positive relationships with children through separation and provide education, support, and advocacy.

You will shape education programs, manage client plans, and work collaboratively with counselling and dispute resolution services to promote child-focused outcomes in our community.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences; postgraduate considered.
• Experience supporting families in high-conflict settings, including crisis situations.
• Child-focused, culturally inclusive practice framework experience.
• Experience in group facilitation, education delivery, and family dispute resolution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of family law, domestic violence legislation, and impact on children.
• Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, collect client information, screen for risks and safety needs.
• Design and deliver group and individual education on child development and family dynamics.
• Develop and implement client case management plans with a collaborative approach.
• Liaise with internal and external services for integrated support and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records, case notes, and risk assessments per policy.
• Participate in supervision, development, and compliance with legislative duties.
