Small Sprouts Therapy in Mt Sheridan, Cairns, seeks a Client Services Officer on a 12‑month, part‑time contract (0.5FTE). You will deliver friendly client service and support therapists and Directors with essential administrative tasks to keep the clinic running.

You will greet clients, respond to enquiries, manage referrals and records, handle paperwork, order stock, and assist with resources and infection control.

Formación

• Current federal police check
• Queensland Blue Card
• Unrestricted driver’s licence
• Experience in a similar administrative role is helpful

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and families warmly and professionally
• Respond to client enquiries and process referrals
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records
• Manage referral paperwork and client service agreements
• Order office stock and manage clinic supplies
• Assist therapists with resources and preparation
• Support infection control and clinic tidiness
• Complete admin tasks for Directors
