Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) seeks an OSHC Coordinator to lead our Melville service, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play and thrive. This permanent part-time role offers 28.75 hours per week with 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You'll manage a team of Educators, build relationships with families and the school community, and run engaging before- and after-school programs from 6:45–9:00 and 14:30–18:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• ACE CQA-recognised teaching qualification required or accepted equivalent.
• Police and worker checks completed before onboarding.
• Ability to lead a team in a school-communities setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators to deliver safe, engaging before- and after-school programs.
• Own the rosters, day-to-day operations and compliance tasks.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families and local schools.
• Receive mentorship from regional managers and support staff.
