Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking an experienced OSHC or children's services leader to become the Coordinator of the NorlaneOSHC service in Geelong. The role focuses on leading a small team, building relationships with children and families, and delivering engaging programs that prioritise safety, inclusion and wellbeing.

This permanent part-time position follows split shifts (morning and afternoon) with admin time weekly, offering a meaningful, community-focused leadership opportunity within MACSEYE’s OSHC

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) is required or in progress.
• Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

• Deliver engaging, child-led, age-appropriate activities.
• Prioritise safety and wellbeing in a supportive environment.
• Build strong community connections with children, families and schools.
